Returns & Refunds
We will exchange or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective due to a mistake on our part. In the event of damages and losses in the delivery process you can claim up to £20 compensation directly from Royal Mail. Order cancellations and refunds on unwanted items will be given if notified within 7 days of delivery and buyer must pay postage and return the item in original or suitable packaging. If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.
