Items are shipped using royal mail 2nd Class postage.
We will endeavor to dispatch your order the same week but there may be a slight delay owing to current COVID restrictions

Returns & Refunds
We will exchange or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective due to a mistake on our part. In the event of damages and losses in the delivery process you can claim up to £20 compensation directly from Royal Mail. Order cancellations and refunds on unwanted items will be given if notified within 7 days of delivery and buyer must pay postage and return the item in original or suitable packaging. Please contact theteam@42ndstreet.org.uk to arrange this.

If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.
